The Forensics team continues to collect awards and points. Petey Bruni reached the semi-finals and placed in the top 10 in Poetry at the Bethel Park Invitational on Feb 8/9. Petey was waving another trophy on February 23 at the PHSSL (Pennsylvania STATE) Qualifying tournament. She placed 3rd in Poetry which qualifies her to attend the PHSSL Final Tournament at Susquehanna University on March 28 and 29. Breana Piaggesi also reached the finals at the PHSSL Qualifier by placing among the top six students in the Prose category. Lauren Hess, with her background in radio, will also be representing Seton-La Salle at the PHSSL tournament in the Radio Announcing category. In addition, both Petey
and Lauren were awarded a Certificate of Excellence by the National Forensics League for accumulating more than 150 points in Forensic competition. Congratulations to the team and good luck at the upcoming Catholic Forensic League Qualifier and at the State tournament. Bring back another trophy!\
