Kathleen Sigg is the winner of the Spanish scholarship at St. Vincent College.  She was selected as the winner after taking the Spanish Departmental exam given at the Scholarship Day Competition at St. Vincent.  This Scholarship amounts to $16, 000 over 4 years of study at St. Vincent College.
