CONGRATULATIONS to freshman Joey Walz on shooting an 86
at Tom’s Run Golf Course on Tuesday, October 18th and qualifying
for the Girls Golf State Championships on Monday and Tuesday,
October 24th & 25th at Heritage Hills Golf Club in York, PA.
Joey is the first freshman to qualify for the state
tournament in Seton-La Salle Catholic High School history, the
only freshman girl to qualify from Western Pennsylvania
this year, and the first girl golfer from Seton-La Salle
Catholic High School to advance to the state tournament since
Kelly Nickerson qualified in 2007.
