Current students, alumni represent SLS at HOBY

The Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) organization aims to inspire and develop a global community of youth dedicated to leadership, service and innovation. For years, SLS has been proudly represented by students at the various sessions that occur throughout the summer. This year, even some of our alumni were in attendance.

Kevin Hayes, '15, and Ashley Saba, '14, were both former state ambassadors who represented SLS at HOBY in high school. Though they are both in college now -- Hayes attending Notre Dame, and Saba attending Ohio State -- they continue to volunteer with HOBY. June 9-11, Faith Kisker, '19, attended the HOBY State Leadership Seminar at Washington & Jefferson College and got to work with both Hayes and Saba.

In July, Skylar Moore, '19, will attend a 5-day HOBY Leadership Academy at Loyola University in Chicago, where she will learn to address social issues using project management skills, and she will receive one college credit upon completion of the program.
