Guidance

Office! My name is Judy Caves and I am the junior/senior counselor
at Seton-La Salle Catholic High School. I am anxious to meet the
students (and their parents) and to help them plan their transition
from high school to college and beyond!
In this section I will provide information that pertains to the
juniors and seniors. If you have any questions about the following
information, please do not hesitate to contact me at (412) 561 3583

cavesj@slshs.org.
Please refer to this
link often, as I will send updated information periodically.
Good luck to you and your student!

The Guidance Department has available an internet-based software
program entitled DISCOVER which enables student to match their
interest, abilities and values to various career options. This
program can also identify potential colleges and universities where
appropriate training is available. The students will be able to use
this software once they receive their PSAT scores back during the
second week of December. Students will be given a password enabling

computers.
