Summer workouts
are available at the school on the dates listed below.
Workouts are scheduled from 9:00 to 10:30 am.
Workouts are voluntary. Runners may feel free to go
on family vacations etc.
Please keep in mind, however, runners are to complete
300 to 500 miles of training during the summer IF they wish
to be competitive in the fall. This may be
accomplished individually or in conjunction with workouts at
the school.

first official practice is Monday, August 16. ALL
athletes MUST have a completed physical on file prior
to practicing.
