Kelly Dine

Kelly Dine joined the Seton LaSalle family in August 2023 after living out of state for the last 20 years. A native of Pittsburgh, Kelly grew up in Erie, PA. She is an alumna of the US Naval Academy (Annapolis, MD) and graduated from The Catholic University of America (Washington DC) with a B.S. in Nursing. After a career in nursing (as both a Navy nurse and a civilian nurse), Kelly was selected in 2013 for a national teaching fellowship. She earned her Master's degree in Education from the University of Akron. A licensed biology teacher, she taught both core science and Project Lead the Way (PLTW) Biomedical Science pathway courses for the last 8 years. Here at Seton LaSalle, she teaches 4 classes of biology and chemistry, acts as our school health assistant, helps as an admin assistant, and advises the Forensic Science Club.
 
Kelly enjoys many different activities, especially sports, and she is always happy to try new things. She has 3 awesome sons, and the entire family bleeds black and gold. Her passion for advocacy includes working with the American Diabetes Association and at-risk military veterans. "Prayer in action is love, love in action is service." ~ Mother Teresa
