Position: Long-Term Substitute ELA Teacher (April 2026 - June 2026)
We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified English/Language Arts teacher to join our faculty.
The ideal candidate will:
●Hold a valid PA State Certification in English and Language Arts (or a current out-of-state
certification with the ability to transfer).
●Preferably have experience teaching in differentiated classrooms.
●Have an interest in teaching literature in a classical education curriculum.
●Demonstrate effective classroom management and strong communication skills.
●Show a proven ability to build positive relationships with students and families.
●Support and actively uphold the mission and values of Catholic education.
Preferred Qualifications:
●Prior high school teaching experience
●Familiarity with differentiated instruction and student-centered learning
●A commitment to professional growth and collaboration.
●Knowledge of the strategies consistent with instructing students of different academic abilities
