Andrew Papalia took over the helm for our Boys Golf team this season. Coach Papalia is a 2016 graduate of California University of PA and has a degree in Professional Golf Management. He has held roles in the golf industry, including organizing and executing organizations' golf tournaments. His most recent job experience in the industry was Assistant Head Professional at a country club in Massachusetts. Coach Papalia grew up playing golf and enjoys sharing his love of the game. In addition to playing, he teaches P.R.I.D.E. on the course –– passion, rules of the game of golf, integrity, development, and etiquette.
In his first season as coach, Coach Papalia led the Boys Golf team to 3rd Place in Section 9. Logan Kuntz, '21, stood out, showing senior leadership on the team and displaying his passion for his team and the game of golf. Logan made it to the WPIAL qualifier and played a great round of golf, missing by just one stroke. Every player on the team learned what P.R.I.D.E. means on the course. Coach Papalia is looking forward to another great season next year!

Mr. Tim Zugates, '71, continued to share his love of golf with his team. The team welcomed one freshman, while bidding farewell to two seniors.
