Trebels A Cappella Group

MODERATOR: MR. KYLE BARNES

The Trebels are Seton LaSalle's nationally-recognized, student-run a cappella group that won the Quarterfinals of Varsity Vocals' ICHSA national competition in 2016 and won "Best Arrangement" by leader Kailyn Martino in both the Quarterfinals and Semifinals. The group also competed in the Varsity Vocals ICHSA Quarterfinals in 2015 in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

The Trebels focus on more contemporary music and experiment with a variety of genres. Aside from performing at school events and national competitions, the group performs at community events such as the Junior Achievement gala. Around Christmastime, be sure to keep an eye out for the Trebels in your neighborhood! The group visits nursing homes, malls and neighborhoods to spread Christmas cheer through caroling. The Trebels even performed the National Anthem at PNC Park before the Pittsburgh Pirates teed off in both 2014 and 2015.
